Legislative Decree no. 196 of 30 June 2003 ( Legislative Decree 196/2003) provides regulations for the protection of persons and other legal entities with regard to the processing of personal data. According to Art. 13 of Legislative Decree 196/2003, we INFORM you that the above-mentioned company will process the personal data of customers, suppliers and persons who voluntarily provide their data to us, taking into account the fundamental rights and freedoms as well as the dignity of the persons and entities concerned, in particular with regard to confidentiality and the right to protection of personal data, within the framework of the legal provisions.
Purpose of the data processing:
Personal data will be processed for the following purposes:
Fulfilment of obligations provided for by civil and/or fiscal laws, regulations, ordinances and EU provisions.
Fulfilment of contractual obligations towards the data subject.
To carry out activities related to or useful to the activities of our company.
Protection of receivables and management of liabilities.
Type of data processing:
The processing and storage of personal data is carried out for the stated purposes in paper form or by means of electronic and/or telematic tools or procedures. In any case, the processing will be carried out in accordance with the minimum security measures as per the “technical measures” of Gv.D. 196/2003, in order to guarantee the security and confidentiality of the data concerned.
Transmission and dissemination of data:
Pursuant to Legislative Decree 196/2003, and in particular Article , the Company will communicate personal data to domestic and/or foreign natural and/or legal persons, public and/or private bodies, as required, for the purposes of carrying out our activities or for the purposes stated. There is no general dissemination of personal data by our company.
Rights according to Legislative Decree 196/2003 Art. 7:
It should be noted that Art. 7 of Legislative Decree 196/2003, within the framework and taking into account Art. 8, 9, 10 of the aforementioned decree, grants specific rights to the person concerned. The interested party has the right to obtain confirmation of the existence or otherwise of data concerning him, even if not yet recorded. He also has the right to be informed of these data in an intelligible form:
1) The interested party has the right to obtain information about:
a) the origin of the personal data;
b) the purposes and methods of the processing;
c) the logic applied if the data are processed electronically;
d) the identification details of the data holder, of the persons in charge and of the representative appointed in accordance with art. 5, paragraph 2;
e) the persons or categories of persons to whom the personal data may be communicated or who may become aware of it in their capacity as designated representatives in the territory of the State, as data processors or as authorised representatives.
2) The affected party has the right:
a) To request the updating, rectification or, if of interest, integration of the data;
b) to request the cancellation, anonymization or blocking of data processed in violation of the law, including data whose retention is not necessary for the purposes for which they were collected or subsequently processed;
c) to obtain confirmation that the operations referred to in letters a. and b. have been notified, including their content, to those to whom the data have been communicated or disseminated, unless this proves impossible or involves a manifestly disproportionate effort compared with the right protected.
3) The affected party has the right, in whole or in part:
a) for legitimate reasons, to the processing of personal data concerning him;
b) to oppose the processing of personal data concerning him/her for the purposes of sending advertising material or direct sales, market research or commercial information.
The rights referred to in Art. 7 of Legislative Decree 196/2003 may be exercised at any time by sending a registered letter or an e-mail to the aforementioned e-mail address to the aforementioned data protection officer.
Owner of the data processing:
The owner and manager of the data is the aforementioned company in the person of the legal representative.
Exclusion of responsibility:
The above-mentioned company is not responsible for the processing of personal data which have been passed on to third parties.
